Software Tool is Central:
We've decided that a software scheduling tool will be at the heart of our marketing strategy. The software tool will enable Ritual Working to offer efficient pricing on the ad hoc use of small quantities of physical space and associated services. This is an innovative strategy, and a simple strategy, in that it is based on existing technology, repurposed to deliver value to a new market.
Fortunately our group has a major collaborative advantage in our collective ability to develop a software tool to meet the needs of this project.

Lease Negotiation:
We've also decided that the space adjacent to Ritual Cafe is uniquely suited for the coworking SF plan. As we continue negotiations with the landlord of the space, it's worth considering how private we'd like our intentions to be. At this point our intentions are fairly transparent and publicly accessible. This may or may not be an appropriate negotiation tactic.
