Minor Oak offers monthly memberships and day passes for coworking. With 24 hot desks in two main work areas, quiet and collaborative, MinorOak's members and day pass holders can use the space as it suits them. Shared resources include:

- Two soundproof A/V pods
- 27 inch monitors that can be used with laptops

- The flexible use area is available evenings and weekends. It can accomodate a hollow rectangular meeting table for up to 28, group seating for around 30, and presentation seating for around 50.
MinorOak offers inexpensive virtual office mailboxes with an NG1 postal code at a very reasonable rate. These are real, private mailboxes for small limited companies that require a business address that differs from the director's home address.
