Various ideas to help meetings flow smoothly. These are not rules, but helpful hints and ideas to help come to conclusions, concensus or resolve irreconcilable POVs. Of course, the goal is to get things done and improve the Coworking environment and community, so these guidelines should not be imposed at the expense of common decency or mutual respect.

 

• The Snooze Button: BradNeuberg suggests setting a time limit on meetings before they start and then sticking to it. If you want to go longer, take a vote to extend for 10-15 minutes and revisit every time you hit that new limit.
