Mercury Studio is a community-minded coworking space located in Durham.  It is a space where artists, independent professionals, and small businesses can have a place to work. Community of members are known, encouraged, and plugged into a greater social and professional network.

Idea Greenhouse The Idea Greenhouse is the Seacoast NH's center for entrepreneurs. A combined coworking space, event center, and collaborative creative scene, the Idea Greenhouse connects the starters who make new ideas grow.

 

What we offer at the Durham location:

 

  • Office spaces within the larger IGH space (see prospectus)


  • Cube spaces (approx.  7' x 6') w/ flexible layout and semi-privacy


  • Desk spaces (approx.  5' x 3') w/ flexible layout


  • "Drop In" cafe-style memberships allowing access to available workspace

All options include the following general member benefits:

  • 24/7 access to the larger IGH space through use of a swipe card, access code, or combination TBD.

  • Heat, A/C, a reasonable amount of electricity (i.e. computers and lights, not space heaters and heat lamps), and high-speed internet

  • Access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, and "drop in" open space within IGH

  • All shared facilities will be professionally cleaned on a regular schedule

  • IGH will provide recycling for paper, cardboard, and glass/plastics

  • Reasonable use of a shared copier and laser printer (approx. 50 pages per month, TBD)

  • Access to private meeting space upon reservation (included in some membership levels TBD)

  • Large event/group meeting space upon reservation and in coordination with other revenue-producing IGH events/uses

  • Free admission to any/all IGH sponsored events in Durham or anywhere else

  • Membership discounts at local and regional merchants TBD

  • Other Member benefits as they evolve (i.e. access to other additional spaces, regional "passport" to other coworking spaces, etc)
