Swenst is based in De IJsfabriek, an old ice factory, near Berchem Station and Central Station. It's a loft concept that represents the ultimate urban working experience. The flexible hour rate of 2,60 € is an asset (25€ membership). There is free parking, wifi, internet and artists can expose art work for free in the art gallery. Swenst has a Business Centre annexed which offers 9 meeting rooms and two kitchens. Coworkers pay less for meeting rooms rent.
