It's Official!

On Thursday, March 22nd, 2012 we officially announced that we are moving forward with the coworking initiative at the StartUp Canada Town Hall held in Sydney, Nova Scotia at Cape Breton University.

On Thursday, April 12th, 2012 we are going to be "coworking" from the Wentworth Perk Coffee House to see how many folks are interested. From there we are planning a number of "jelly's" around Sydney to establish our community before finding our space.

Our 1st official "Jelly" is going to be held the afternoon/evening of April 26th, Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion, 60 Esplanade, Sydney, NS, starting at 1:00pm. We will be running 6 Jelly's every week until May 31st, 2012 to test the concept in our community. Please join us at Governors Pub and Eatery on the Esplanade.

Well our Jellys went well in the spring and we took the summer off. We are now on the look out for a permanent home and will be starting up a few more Jellys this fall to help us reach out to potential members and get their needs/wants.
