Brik•O•Lodge is the first coworking space in Miami where the experience is designed to be social, creative and welcoming. It’s a café-like atmosphere combined with the collaboration and community of an office/workspace.

 

We are proud to finally announce that our doors will be open the week of March 24th. The facility location is: 250 NE 23rd St, Miami, FL 33127. About the building:

 

  • Wynwood Lofts, zoned as work-live
  • Over 1000 sqft
  • Full kitchen
  • Full bathroom
  • Washer/dryer
  • Pool and common rooftop area
  • Completely open floor plan
  • 12' ceilings with exposed ducts
  • Washed concrete floors
  • 3 large bay windows with views of downtown
  • PLENTY of free street parking
  • Located blocks away from the Design District, Midtown and Wynwood Art District

So how does it work? There are a few levels of membership. Passers-by can come and try out the concept, but if they want to establish themselves in the space, they need to rent a desk/space. Since Brik•O•Lodge is all about the community, we are also open to the potential to host events and other community-like meetings.

 

The membership structure:

Resident Desk ($410/month) are entitled to:

- Your own personal desk & chair

- Free street parking, shared use of garage/covered parking (rotated among Residents)

- Intention for 24/7 access (pending building approval)

- First dibs on the conference room

- Print, scan access included

- Resident desk space requires a 6 month commitment

 

Shared Space ($260/month) for those who come 3 days/week are entitled to:

- A place to work at shared tables

- Free street parking

- Access to the conference room (when not in use by residents)

- Print, scan packages available

- Shared Space works as a month-to-month commitment

 

Passerby (one day free, $15 per day after that) are entitled to:

- Any free space to work

 

All visitors and residents are entitled to:

- High speed, secure Internet access

- Coffee/Water/Refrigerator/Microwave/Stove/Oven

- Access to the space from 8-7pm Monday - Friday

- Access to the pool facilities & rooftop

- A community of smart, creative folks

 

All visitors or residents are expected to:

- Respect each other and their space

- Keep any brainstorming material, decoration, or other work material limited to your individual desk space (otherwise based on approval by all)

- Share and collaborate with your coworkers

- Don’t steal stuff, remember this is your community and environment
